填写残疾人士服务申请表格 班级住宿表. 递交监护人申请时，你须附上以下资料:

All students must be able to perform the essential functions of the course as well as the academic requirements for their chosen degree/field of study.  Essential functions are the fundamental duties/skills/tasks a student must be able to perform, 有或没有合理的安排.
